ICGC 2011 Qualifiers Winner Guidelines


The ICGC 2011 Qualifiers have nearly come to an end and the guidelines for all the winners and runners up from the 14 participating cities across India have now been listed.

Travel Guide

  • Every ICGC city winner has to take care of his/her own travel and food.
  • Reaching Goa - Guidelines.
  • Reach the resort/ venue on 25th Aug 2011 between 12pm.noon and 5pm.
  • Check out time will be 29th Aug -12Pm – noon
  • Every ICGC city winner has to follow the above mentioned schedule.

Registration

  • Every ICGC city winner including all 5 members of the Team Games must have to register online on the ICGC website. If not you will not be allowed to participate in the finals. Please follow the guidelines and FAQ for registration. It is for those who haven’t registered even once.

Timings

  • Every ICGC City winner will have to report to venue / resort on 25th AUG 2011. Check in timing are between 12pm and 5pm.
  • Gamers won’t be allowed to check in or be a part of the event after the above mentioned  date.
  • Every ICGC city winner  has to report  1/2hr before there game time given at the final venue / resort.

Reporting

  • Every ICGC city winner has to report  to ICGC official Marshals at venue / gaming arena or any other ceremony at Goa.
  • Every ICGC city winner has to wear his/her ID card which will be provided at check in time within the venue, resort & gaming arena.

Resort / Venue Check In Process

  • Every ICGC City winner has to get two ID proofs (Driving License, College Id Card, Pan Card or any other Government approved personal ID).
  • Below 18 age have to get your parents approval letter.

Rules for staying Resort / Venue

  • Every ICGC city winner has to report accounting given guidelines.
  • Eating, drinking, smoking with in the Gaming arenas and surroundings is not allowed.
  • Misbehavior, abusing, fighting, not following rules or any other trouble from any Gamer will lead to direct disqualification.
  • Follow the dress code during open and closing ceremony.
  • Team Substitutes, Team Managers, Relatives will not be allowed to stay with the ICGC Qualified city winners at the finals at Goa.

Venue

  • Venue details will be shared soon.

Note: Gamer not present or not reaching on time given for game schedule or any event during 25th – 28th Aug will be disqualified by default and will not be allowed to participate further.
